Inside the private Sandpiper community, a two-minute walk from the beach, we're finishing one villa built for staying a while: an entire home, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms across 331 m² (3,560 sq ft), on a 650 m² lot surrounded by native vegetation.
This is not a suite or a loft: it's the whole house for your group — pool, kitchen, terrace and garden — with gated-community security and an operations team ready to host. If you're looking for a beach house rental in Ecuador with real space for family or friends, this is the place. We open in November 2026. Ayampe sits on the Ruta del Spondylus in Manabí: about 3 hours by car from Guayaquil's international airport (GYE), 17 km from Puerto López and 25 km from Montañita. The villa is inside the private Sandpiper community, a two-minute walk from the beach.
