Inside the private Sandpiper community, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach, we're finishing two twin villas built for staying a while: 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms across 331 m² (3,560 sq ft), on a 650 m² lot surrounded by native vegetation.
If you're looking for a beach house rental in Ecuador with real space for family or friends — no high-rises, no noise, and the quietest town on the Ruta del Spondylus at your door — this is the place. We open in November 2026, and the first people on the list book before the villas reach Airbnb, at a pre-opening rate.

Each villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 full bathrooms across 331 m² (3,560 sq ft) — comfortable for up to 8 guests. For big groups or family events, the two villas together sleep up to 16.
Ayampe sits on the Ruta del Spondylus in Manabí: about 3 hours by car from Guayaquil's international airport (GYE), 17 km from Puerto López and 25 km from Montañita. The villas are inside the private Sandpiper community, a couple of minutes' walk from the beach.
